THE SORCERESS

By Dan and Brigitte Laskowski Copyright 2004

The sorceress weaves her wicked spell,
To lead young souls to Hell.
Though the demons hear their shrills and screams,
None can return to tell.
A dabble here, a spell there,
Their lust for power grew.
Till the all consuming father of lies,
Had them in a stew.
The grip of magic gripped them hard.
They were blinded and couldn't see.
Though the Lord in heaven died for their sins,
And wanted to set them free.

It all began so innocently.
The sorceress weaves her wicked spell,
To lead young souls to Hell.
Though the demons hear their shrills and screams,
None can return to tell.
They once were young and innocent,
With dolls and planes that soar.
But when there came that fateful day,
The child was no more.
Now though they think their fate is sealed,
They can still escape, I'm sure.
One call to Jesus , Son of God
Can be their eternal cure.

Chorus
Bridge
Where are they gonna go?
When the reaper comes to take them away.
Where are they gonna go?
Without a Savior,
THE WAY ?
The sorceress weaves her wicked spell,
To lead young souls to Hell.
Though the demons hear their shrills and screams,
None can return to tell.
A dabble here, and a spell there,
Their lust for power grew.
Till the all consuming father of lies,
Had them in a stew
They once were young and innocent,
Played ball, played dolls, played well.
But when there came that fateful day,
All witches went straight to Hell.

No one can return to tell.
No one can return to tell.
